Each time I have a workshop or Trunk Show, my customers simply amaze me.  Their designs are so creative and unique.   Very special and I would like to share them with you

Most of the designs below are from my Changeablez Class.  You can view my Advanced Class designs here on my may site at http://glamourbeadz.com/productCategory.asp?intcatalogID=2

The uniqueness about the evolution of each design is that no one is given any parameters.  We have open trays of round beads, flat beads, square beads, pendants in crosses, hearts, itched silver, sea creatures, forest creatures, crystal spacers, silver spacers, gold spacers, and so much more to even mention.  Each person dives in with loads of instruction and guidance from me on concepts of design - balance, shape, size and color.  Everyone interacts and everyone learns from each person.  It  is a fun 2 1/2 hours and you walk away with a wonderful creation, by YOU..

Some choose a bling theme while others want an antique look.  Some come with a specific event in mind, like a wedding or something for an interview for a new job.

Mother's Day Weekend, May 13th we had three serious students from my Leisure Learning Workshop.  Each chose to indulge and add some very special new beads I bought at market.  They selected some loose beads too so they could change their creation around wheneve they had the whim...

I went back to my 40th High School Reunion
in Odessa Texas Last week.

We had a special "Show your Passion"
morning and we had great time.
So many of my classmates over
the last 40 years have been writing music,
 collecting indian heads, designing replicas
of indian dolls, scrapbooking, painting,
bronze sculpting and more thn I can remember.
I was so busy assisting my table
with new creations I didn't have the change to see what everyone's passion was!!

The next few designs are creations of Irene, Deanne, Linda , Pam, Claudia, Cindy, & Gwen.  wow

Designed by Jane Davis who is also taking ceramics at the Glassel School of Art.  She was proud that she could wear this stunning creation at work, even if it was for a conservative oil company.

Designed by Yvonne Robertson.  Yvonne travels around with the world and has collected some fabulous beads from far flug spots that I dream of going.  She will be keeping her eyes open for large holed beads to add to her Glamour Beadz creation

Designed by Alice Dailey.  Sister of Yvonne above, they are jewelry and fashion lovers and have made their own jewelry for years.  They supported the class by confirming the tips they learned in the class would compliment their hobby of making their own jewelry and that now they will know what to do with their large holed beads while using this wonderfully pear shaped Sterling Silver Omega necklace for other designs.
In February and March we had full classes for Leisure Learning.  Here are the creations!!  I apologize for not writing down your name for each design.  If they are not on the site, then regretfully the photo did not come out that good.  If you would like your design posted, please send me a digital photograph. Click here to be directed to the Glamour Beadz website to purchase interchangeable components to design your own.

We had six busy bees at this Leisure Learning Workshop in January.  This first design by Valencia  went through 5 transformations and with the help of Zell and others she completed her masterpiece.  Such a stunning piece.  In the next photo  - We just had delivered that day our new gold sphere beads and they  were snapped up immediately to make this turquoise and gold design.  Our third photo was also a transformation.  Linder was working so hard on a design for a special meeting. She brought her business suit to make sure we matched the bronzey tones.  Her completed design was striking and when I brought out my brand new Seed from Africa she immediately restrung her completed piece and finished with this completely original statement.  It is truly 'her'.   And of course, she had to include earrings to match.

Kelly Patterson had a Trunk Show at the Elementary School she teaches..  We set up in the Library.  We had a blast.  Jewelry was designed for weddings and special occasions.

Megan Curlee with EZSpray Tan hosted a Trunk Show in the Conference at lunch at a petroleum company.  I lost some of the pictures, but the beautiful bracelet below was made by Silvia Covia and the necklace was made by a mom for her 7 year old daughter.  Most everyone there made jewelry for gifts for others.

This party was in the home of Nancy Gerner.  We had a Shoppe N Go Party.  She had loads of food and her invited guests started at 10:00 that morning.  Everyone had a hectic schedule with kids, carpool and work.  So I set up all day and people just kept coming.  Nancy was a great hostess as she loves her Glamour Beadz and the bling-e-r the better.  She assisted her friends in designing some outrageously fun necklaces with drop pendants and lots of crystals.  The lighting was not too good for most of these photos and you all know, as Glamour Beadz collectors, those stardusts are simply breathtaking and you simply can not get the beauty of these designs by looking at these pictures.    Now That was a fun party.

Donna Soyars, owner of Miss Hattie's Antique Shop on the Historic Town Square of Wharton, hosted a Trunk Show and then we followed up with a Workshop.  We had a packed house.  Jewelry enthusiasts ranged from 14 to @#$.  Everyone wanted earrings with their designs.  We laughed and had crazytime that evening.  Miss those girls.

The last photo in this group was designed by Flo Mangan.  A newly found friend in my neighborhood.  She loved my pendants and used our foxtail necklace to complete her elegant design.  We designed the colors from a cocktail dress she brought with her.

My home town buddy, Connie Bingham from Arlington, hosted this all-day Shoppe N Go into the night Trunk Show that was so much fun because the house was full of high school friends.  Everyone took pride in creating and designing the things they loved.  And did we ever. The necklace design on the bottom left was made by Don Hodges for Brenda.  He was amazing - he was a natural.

We had lighting problems with the photos  but I think you can see what beautiful designs.

Lots of cuff bracelets were made, in all different styles: charms, dangles, and simplistic class.  The Italian Venetian simple cuff bracelet design was created by Pat Fletcher, an Airline attendant who never wears much jewelry, but this elegant piece was ideal.

I met many new faces and my nose was down in the beads so much everything is a blur now.  There were many other designs made that day, but no photos.

Send in pictures of your designs and I will put them up.

I can't remember everyone's names, please forgive me.  But each design was so thought provoking by everyone.  The last piece was from another Workshop and Brenda just moved to Missouri City and there she was, a jewelry designer from Florida designing a Changeablez by Glamour Beadz.  We have a new Changeable pendant attachment with a screw on bead that you can change the color of the bead in a split second and she loved it.
