Research:  I believe market research is one of the best ways to get yourself in tuned to your industry and competitors.  In fact, I have made some major shifts in the direction of Glamour Beadz since I have started in 2004.  Just a short 3 years and I feel it was only yesterday.  Utilize 'google' to the hilt and buy yourself a case of Paper and packages of index tabs, three ring binders, labeling guns and shelves.  We will be on our way.
